He did at PhD in neuroscience at Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine and a postdoc at the National Institute on Drug Abuse.

She did her PhD in neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University and did her dissertation research at the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), in the same lab as Nick (the show host). Wendy completed her bachelor's degree in neuroscience at University of Toronto.

After launching a startup company, Amit worked in strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and worked in vaccine development at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
